DESCRIPTION:The meeting will be held at CPS Loop Office\, 42 West Madison S
 treet\, Garden Level\, Board Room. The Board President and the Superintend
 ent/Chief Executive Officer have determined that registered speakers who w
 ish to present during Public Participation may have the option to particip
 ate in person at the location of the Board meeting or virtually via an ele
 ctronic platform. The public will have access to the meeting via live stre
 am at cpsboe.org.\nThe Public Participation segment of the meeting will be
 gin as indicated in the meeting agenda and proceed in accordance with Publ
 ic Participation guidelines. Board Meetings will be live-streamed to the g
 eneral public on the Board website (www.cpsboe.org).\nFor the September 10
 \, 2026 Agenda Review Committee Meeting\, advance registration to speak wi
 ll be available beginning Tuesday\, September 8th at 10:30 a.m. and will c
 lose on Wednesday\, September 9th at 10:30 a.m. Anyone interested in speak
 ing can sign up. After the 24-hour registration period\, a lottery will ra
 ndomly select a set number of speakers from those who registered. For exam
 ple\, if 100 people register\, the lottery might select 30 of them to spea
 k. This process provides everyone with a fair opportunity to address the B
