I understand that the Chicago Board of Education meetings are open to the public and will be live-streamed in real time on the internet and videotaped for archival purposes. I agree to the videotaping / photographing / audio recording / live streaming of myself and my comments made at the Board Meeting. I understand that all my comments shared during the Board Meeting will be available on the Chicago Board of Education’s website in both live and archived formats. I expressly release the Chicago Board of Education, its trustees, officers, agents, employees, licensees, and assignees, from any and all claims, including copyright, the privacy of student education records, and defamation arising out of any broadcast, exhibition or publication of my comments at the Chicago Board of Education meeting.
